  • 1/2  cup of almond milk or rice milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • handful frozen peas (adds more protein!)

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Tip - place all items in blender night before to save time
