Super Food Kale Salad
1 bunch of dino kale (chopped finely)
2 carrots (shredded)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup soy beans (unshelled)
1 cup snap peas
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup hot and sweet walnuts
1 orange (juiced)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 tsp himalyian salt
Place kale in large bowl and massage in salt and juice of orange and lemon. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Mix in all other ingredients.
