Gluten-Free Quinoa Flat Bread

Quinoa is one of the only grains that's a complete protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. Naturally gluten-free, loaded with fiber, and is super versatile.

  • 1 cup quinoa

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic power

  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  • spray olive olive

Preheat oven to 400°F. Blend flax seed, water, quinoa, garlic/onion powder, water, and salt in blender until smooth. Place parchment on baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Pour mixture and spread evening. Spray top with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minute and let cool.

Top with salad, make into pizza, or dip in hummus.
