Vietnamese Tofu Lettuce Wraps

Vietnamese Tofu Lettuce Wraps

½ package organic tofu (crumbled) (or grilled chicken)
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Asian chil sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp lite soy sauce
½ cup coleslaw mix
handful of cilantro, mint, and chopped peanuts

Combine all ingredients and serve in bibb lettuce cups. Serve with Asian hot sauce sauce and greek yogurt.
