So you wanna’ try something different to ramp up your workouts. But it’s always tough to find time to work out to get the results you want. Next time you go to the gym try this maximum fat burning, heart-pumping, circuit training, interval workout:
- Warm-Up: 5 mins (walk, light jog, bike)
- 10 mins: upper body lifting
- 10 mins: run at fast speed
- 10 mins: legs
- 10 mins: bike (moderate/high)
- 10 mins: Abs
- Cooldown: 5 mins (yoga, walking, bike)
Do the above workout 3-5 times a week and you’ll be ready to show off that bathing suit body in a few months. Remember, you can do anything you put your mind to.
