Demo – Arugula and Strawberry Salad
Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (go with bulk to save money!)
- 1/2 cup sauted onions
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
Whisk together all dressing ingredients and toss in salad.
