At Naked Nutrition we want you to get out of that cooking rut. Use these recipes to rev up your eating plan.

Breakfast:

Blueberry-Banana Smoothie. In blender puree ¾ cups of berries, 1 banana, and ½ cup of fat free greek yogurt

Lunch:

Blackbean, Spinach Burrito: ¼ fat free refried beans, ½ cup of spinach, 1/3 cup of salsa. Roll it up and enjoy!

Dinner:
