Banana Pops

This delicious summer time treat is fun, healthy, and refreshing. Make these ahead of time and enjoy after a day at the pool, beach, or for a great after dinner treat. Great for kids and adults!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 mini bananas (or 2 large cut in half)
  • 1 – 6 oz organic vanilla or banilla
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added granola (buy in bulk section)
  • 4 popsicle sticks

Directions:

Put banana on stick and smash down with hands to ensure banana is secure. Put yogurt on a plate and roll banana in yogurt ~ this will serve as the ‘glue’. Sprinkle with granola. Freeze or eat right away.
