Asian Grilled Tempeh Triangles
1 pound organic tempeh, cut into triangles
2 tsp Braggs Amino Acid (or light non-GMO soy sauce)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup Organic Valley orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix together all ingredients, except tempeh. Pour or tempeh and refrigerator overnight. Over medium heat, grill for 5 minutes per side. Serve w/ Vegan Alfredo Sauce and sprinkle with scallions.
