Ingredients:
Salad:
- 3 cups arugula
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 3/4 cup chickpeas (purchased from bulk and cooked)
- 1 medium red onion (sautéed 1 tbsp olive oil)
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed is best)
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce (or bragg’s)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
