2) Eat foods that will eventually go bad.
3) Eat all the colors of the rainbow.
4) Sweeten and salt your food yourself.
5) Pay more, eat less and go organic.
6) Stop eating BEFORE you are full.
7) Take your time eating. Chew. Enjoy.
