Green Tea + Lemon

Whether it’s leftover Halloween candy or a cheeseburger, certain foods inevitably weaken your willpower. Here are 4 ways to help you resist temptation.
1) Eat on schedule
Eat meals and snacks at consistant times every day. Sticking to a regular eating schedule will make it easier to fend off the hunger that can cause you to overeat and lose your ability to make wise food choices. Be mindful of what you eat. Eat whole foods, with minimal ingredients, and if you can pronounce all of the items on the label, PUT IT DOWN!
