I’ve got some good news for you: you are getting married! Your man finally popped the question and now you are in the planning process.
Well we have a little advice for you here at Naked Nutrition: remember that this experience that you’ve dreamed of for so many years is about YOU. It seems obvious, right? But this is a time where everyone wants to chime in about very important decisions: parents, future in-laws, vendors, sisters and brothers, you name it! Because everyone is going to have ideas about what you should be doing, it can be hard to tune out all of the noise and make sure that you are getting what you want and what is ultimately right for you and the man to whom you are about to say, “I do.” Once you are up on that alter, it’s just you, him, and whoever is asking you to say those magic words.
