Nope, Naked Nutrition isn’t talking about, Triple Whoppers, Big Macs, or Supersized Fries. We’re talking about: quick, heart healthy, easy recipes. Try some of these recipes that are ready in 15 minutes or less:

- Spinach Salad w/ Strawberries, Feta, and Red Onion (using 1 ½ cups of organic prewashed spinach, top with sliced strawberries, 2 tbsp feta, red onion and drizzle with high quality balsamic vinegar) 

- Thai Chicken Wrap (using a brown rice tortilla place low sodium Applegate Farms chicken deli meat, top with shredded cabbage, sliced red peppers, drizzle low sodium soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of crushed peanuts)

This Greek dish will please your guests and is light and refreshing for the summer time months.

Baked Feta:

* use all organic ingredients

- 1 Block of Feta (if possible, low fat)
- 1/2 Thinly sliced red  and green pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
-  Italian Seasoning
-  Olive Oil

In medium sized cooking dish, drizzle bottom with olive oil. Add feta and top with peppers,onions, and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Serve with pita chips.
