- When doing sit ups remember to breathe!
- Try to do 2 days of strengthening exercise. Examples: yoga, resistance bands, weight lifting, or push ups.
- Always support your lower back.
- Purchase new equipment (shoes, tops, pants, etc) for inspiration
- Its hard to get motivated. If you are feeling lazy, just get up and set out for as little as 20 minutes. Once you are moving if your feeling encouraged, go longer.

In her book, To Buy Organic Or Not, by Cindy Burke lists twelve foods she calls, The Dirty Dozen, which should always be eaten organically:
1) Strawberries: These are one of the most chemically intensive crops and have the highest level of pesticides than any another fruit or vegetable.
