Spice up your AM with this tasty Breakfast Wrap:
Naked Nutrition’s Breakfast Wrap – serves 2
- 4 organic egg white, 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup Salsa (your favorite kind)
- 1/4 cup of thawed/squeezed frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup of low fat feta
- 2 high fiber/whole grain wraps (make sure each is no more then 150 cals)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt/pepper
- dash of hot sauce
Separate eggs, whisk together with hot sauce and salt/pepper. In a small frying pan heat olive oil, when hot, add eggs, salsa, and feta. Add spicy egg mixture into wraps. Enjoy your morning!
